Follow these quick steps to change your payment method

  1. Navigate to your team account and click 'Settings' from here, under 'General Settings', click 'Billing & Account'
  2. You'll then be presented with your Billing and Account information, on this page, click 'Change' under the current payment information

    3. Then, edit the information in the pop up box. Scroll down and click 'Submit' 


Can I split payment between cards?

Not at this time.

What if my card won't save?

My card has been declined, what can I do?

First, make sure that your billing contact information matches the card owners information. If the billing information is correct, please contact your bank or card provider to approve the charge.
