As an Admin, you have full control over your billing and payment management. 


To access this information or make changes, navigate to your team account and click 'Settings' — from here, under 'General Settings', click 'Billing & Account'

You'll then be presented with your Billing and Account information and, from here, you can change your Billing Contact, Payment Method and also Cancel your Subscription if required. As well as reviewing invoices.

Why can't I see the Settings tab?

This option is only available to Team Administrators - Please reach out to your current Team Administrators to be granted Admin access. If there is no live admin on your Team. Please reach out to support.
